Annual event news
Because success isn't meant to happen by accident and neither is celebrating it.
National Plandipity Doers Day is an annual celebration for entrepreneurs who believe success is built with intention.
Every September 10, we set aside time to pause, reflect on how far we've come, create a plan for what's next, connect with others who understand the journey, and celebrate every step forward.
It's a reminder that growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens one intentional decision, one meaningful connection, and one courageous step at a time.
Whether you celebrate quietly on your own, with your local community, or by joining us for our annual flagship event, National Plandipity Doers Day is an invitation to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start celebrating the business—and the life—you are building.
These Four Meaningful Pillars are
Whether you're celebrating on your own, with friends, or joining us at our annual event, these four pillars are at the heart of every National Plandipity Doers Day experience.
Take a moment to slow down, reflect on your journey, and recognize how far you've already come. Progress deserves your attention before your next goal does.
Turn your ideas into intentional action. Create a simple, meaningful plan that helps you move forward with clarity instead of overwhelm.
Business is better together. Build genuine relationships, encourage one another, and remember that you don't have to do this alone.
Success isn't only found at the finish line. Celebrate every milestone, every lesson, and every courageous step that brought you here.

Step away from the daily grind and spend one intentional day reconnecting with your goals, your business, and a community that truly understands the entrepreneurial journey.
Designed around our four pillars, the day combines inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, intentional planning, and moments worth celebrating.
Start your Plandipity Doers Day by slowing down before you speed up.
Join Collective member Kiki Ringer for a gentle yoga and mindfulness session designed for all experience levels. It's an opportunity to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and prepare for a day of intentional planning.
Prefer to skip the yoga? We've got you covered. Enjoy a cup of coffee, connect with fellow entrepreneurs, journal, or simply spend a few quiet moments reflecting on your vision and goals before the day's workshops begin.
However you choose to pause, you'll be setting the tone for everything that follows.
Turn your ideas into a plan you can actually follow.
Join strategic planning expert Connie Kircher for an interactive workshop designed to help you move from dreaming to doing. Together, you'll gain clarity on your priorities, identify your next best steps, and create a meaningful roadmap for the months ahead.
Whether you're launching something new, growing an established business, or simply feeling stuck, you'll leave with more than inspiration—you'll leave with a plan built around your goals.
Because success doesn't happen by accident. It happens one intentional decision at a time.
One of the most valuable parts of Plandipity Doers Day happens when entrepreneurs sit down and have real conversations. Our guided speed networking experience is designed to help you build meaningful relationships—not just collect business cards.
Using our signature Connection Sparks™ prompts, you'll meet fellow business owners, discover collaboration opportunities, exchange ideas, and leave with genuine connections you can continue long after the event ends.
Because business is better together.
Success deserves to be celebrated—not just when you reach the finish line, but every step that gets you there.
As National Plandipity Doers Day comes to a close, we'll gather one final time to recognize new friendships, fresh ideas, and the progress we've made together. You'll receive your Doer Celebration Jar to take home and continue capturing your wins all year long, then you're invited to join us for an optional happy hour to keep the conversations and the celebration going.
Because every win is worth celebrating.
Long before Plandipity Doers existed, there was another dream. One that belonged to my mom.
My mom was an artist in every sense of the word. She was endlessly creative and never seemed to run out of ideas. Growing up, I watched her try just about every artistic medium you could imagine. She made pottery, blew the yolks out of eggs so she could paint the shells, pressed flowers in books before decoupaging them onto treasures, experimented in the kitchen making everything from wedding cakes to homemade Kahlúa, and once even painted an entire mural on a white brick wall using nail polish. If it could be created, she wanted to try it.
But her biggest dream wasn't creating art—it was creating opportunity.
After earning her GED and going back to college to study business, she began developing a vision for a brick-and-mortar collective where artisans could build successful businesses doing what they loved. She imagined more than a place to sell handmade products. She envisioned a community where makers could access tools, resources, education, encouragement, and support year-round. She believed talented artists deserved more than waiting for the next craft fair—they deserved a real chance to build profitable, sustainable businesses around their creativity.
She passed away before she could bring that dream to life, but the dream never disappeared.
Years later, as I built More Than Serendipity and eventually the Plandipity Doers Collective, I realized I wasn't creating something entirely new—I was carrying her dream forward.
Today the vision looks different. Instead of a physical collective for artisans, we've built a community for entrepreneurs. Instead of helping makers sell handcrafted products, we help business owners build stronger businesses through education, accountability, collaboration, and meaningful connections. The format changed, but the heart of the dream stayed exactly the same: helping people succeed by giving them the community and support they deserve.
National Plandipity Doers Day is one expression of that dream. It's a day to pause, create a plan, connect with others, and celebrate your progress. It's proof that dreams don't have to end with one person. Sometimes they simply evolve, finding new life in the next generation.
