Full-service branding sessions are for the client who needs it all: a variety of portraits with multiple "looks" or outfits, a variety of backdrops, and / or high-resolution photos of your product or service.

This session is fully customizable to your needs and vision. Together we will determine the images that will fully tell the story of your business.

It all starts with an in-depth conversation about your brand so I can fully understand your needs and vision for the images to tell your story. We will discuss what the photographs will convey, and come up with a plan on the how, when and where to capture that.

THE DETAILS

Up to four hours of photography coverage at one or two locations of your choice within 30 minutes of Thornton, CO. Multiple wardrobe changes.

Planning meeting - An intimate virtual consultation to help us plan our content, wardrobe, and location. After our planning sesh, I will send you a shot list, our guide for your session, and a list of suggested props, and wardrobe suggestions.

Choose 60 professionally retouched, high-resolution images. You can purchase additional images if desired.

This portrait collection is perfect for corporate teams, professional groups, and events. Sessions are less than 10 minutes long and each person gets 2 final images.

Where can I see more examples of your work?

What does a portrait collection include?

No matter which collection you choose you will receive:

Professional retouching on all final images. That means the ones that make the cut because we will take a lot.
The minimum number of images included in that collection in a full resolution jpeg format and often the option to purchase more.
The usage rights to use both personally & commercially.

When do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

Which location are best?

I can come to your office, local park or other location of your choosing.

I also offer headshots at my in-home studio located in Thornton.

I will work with you on picking out location/s based on your goals.

Lighting is key so we will need to consider the light in the location and the time of day you are booking your session for.

Some locations require rentals or use permits that I am happy to obtain but may come at an additional cost to you.

Will you come to my office or location of choice?

Absolutely. Whether you are in the Denver metro area or further out, I am happy to accommodate you. I have gone across the country for clients before.

My studio is in Thornton Colorado, any location more than 30 minutes from there may require travel fees.

These fees will be discussed with you before the shoot details are confirmed.

Can I split the session with a friend?

Absolutely you can split a headshot session if you like to add a person to your headshot session it is an additional $100.00.

Bring a co-worker, family member or best friend and share your time. Final images will be determined by the photographer and may not be evenly split.

When will I get my images?

Normal processing takes 14 to 21 business days. During peak seasons it may take longer and I will advise you at the session on what to expect.

Can I get the images faster?

If you need them faster you can request a rush process and receive them within five business days. Rush editing and processing is $75.00.

Do you edit my images?

Yes. Images are professionally retouched. I will edit some creative elements as well with adjustments like cropping, straightening, color tones, exposure, and sharpening.

Retouching is limited to unnatural or temporary issues (acne for example) Additional edits such as, removing significant blemishes, or changing something permanent to the image are priced separately.

How are my images delivered?

You will receive an email from me with a link to your personal online gallery. From there you can download your digitals, order prints and even create photo gifts.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can reschedule your session, without a fee, when 72-hour advanced notice is given. A $50.00 fee will be charged for sessions rescheduled with less than 72 hours of the shoot.

In the event, you need to cancel a full refund will be given when the session has been canceled a minimum of 30 days in advance, 11 to 29 days in advance I will refund 50% of your session.

No refund will be issued if you cancel with less than 10 days' notice.

Can I get a last-minute booking?

I recommend booking your shoot no less than 72 hours in advance, this is to give you time to prep for your shoot but if you need it now, contact me and I will see what I can do to help.

Can I get shots with a white background?

Yes, white is available along with other solid colors that make it easy to remove the background for marketing materials. Ask about current studio backdrops that are available.

What is the best time of day to book my session?

In general if we are shooting outside then in the golden hour- that is the hour before sunset is best. Indoors I prefer to shoot between 11 am and 3 pm for good natural lighting.

Do you have any tips on preparing for the session?

Yes! You will get an email from me with excellent prep information once you confirm your session.

And more importantly, I will guide you every step of the way. I understand that being in front of the camera may not really your thing. It is more common than you think for clients to say things like:

"I am not used to this”
“I hate having my picture taken”
“I am not photogenic”
“I have no idea what to do”

It is ok, l will help you make a great first and lasting impression. You may even find yourself having a good time.

Do you do hair and makeup?

Sorry, I do not, but what a great excuse to treat yourself to a hair blowout before your session. I can help arrange hair and make-up in advance of the session is booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

Can I make changes to the images.

Yes! I believe you should be able to edit as a need to suit your business needs so my commercial release does include the right to make edits without my permission.

Can I have the original files?

No. I will review all images and only keep the good ones. I will then process them and give you the images that meet the goals of the session. I will only provide you with the final images. I maintain all copyrights and will likely use the images for my own marketing.
